Giới thiệu thiết bị kiểm tra độ rủ của vải Gester GT-C22
Máy kiểm tra độ rủ vải tự động được sử dụng để kiểm tra đặc tính độ rủ động và tĩnh của tất cả các loại vải. vải, bao gồm hệ số xếp nếp, tỷ lệ sinh động, bề mặt gợn sóng và hệ số thẩm mỹ của vải.
Máy đo độ rủ được điều khiển hoàn toàn bằng mạng được thiết kế để đo đặc tính của độ rủ khỏi sự biến dạng do trọng lực của một vòng vải hình khuyên nằm ngang ban đầu. Một mẫu vải hình tròn được giữ đồng tâm giữa hai đĩa nằm ngang nhỏ hơn. Một vòng vải hình khuyên được phép xếp nếp quanh phần dưới đĩa hỗ trợ. Bóng của mẫu thử được phủ lên một tấm kính phun cát có cùng kích thước với phần không được hỗ trợ của mẫu vải. Đường viền của bóng được chụp bằng máy ảnh kỹ thuật số. Ảnh sẽ được gửi đến máy tính để xác định vùng tối với sự trợ giúp của phần mềm đặc biệt. Hệ số rủ được tính từ diện tích bóng và diện tích ban đầu của mẫu vải.
