– Dụng cụ kiểm tra độ bám dính màng sơn BGD 502 và BGD 504 của hãng Biuged là thiết bị được sử dụng rộng rãi để đánh giá nhanh độ bám dính của lớp phủ trên sắt, thép, nhôm, gỗ, giấy,….
– Dụng cụ là một tay cầm có gắn một bánh xe có 6 hoặc 11 lưỡi dao cắt với khoảng cách giữa các lưỡi khác nhau có độ chính xác cao. – Bước 1: Dùng dao cắt vật liệu theo 2 đường vuông góc nhau lên vùng cần kiểm tra độ bám dính.

– Bước 2: Sử dụng băng dính chuyên dụng để lột lớp vật liệu phủ ra khỏi chất nền.

– Bước 3: Dùng cọ quét sạch. Sau đó dùng kính lúp để xem vùng kiểm tra

– Bước 4: Đối chiếu vùng kiểm tra với hình ảnh trên giấy đi kèm. Từ đó đánh giá được độ bám dính của màng sơn
