- Acid 3600F là hệ thống làm sạch bằng hơi nước axit hoàn toàn tự động: tập trung chức năng làm sạch bằng axit, rửa và sấy khô cùng lúc.

1/ Mô tả, Ứng dụng

- Acid 3600F là hệ thống làm sạch bằng hơi nước axit hoàn toàn tự động: tập trung chức năng làm sạch bằng axit, rửa và sấy khô cùng lúc.

- Thiết bị vệ sinh hơi nước axit cho phòng thí nghiệm vô cơ

- Làm sạch các vật dụng khác nhau được sử dụng trong công việc phân tích vết siêu nhỏ, cho các phụ kiện phân tích kim loại vết, chẳng hạn như chai nhỏ, dụng cụ và phụ kiện ICP/MS được làm bằng thủy tinh, thạch anh, PFA, PTFE, TFM và các vật liệu khác.

2/ Đặc điểm

- Acid3600F là hệ thống làm sạch bằng hơi nước axit hoàn toàn tự động: tập trung chức năng làm sạch bằng axit, rửa và sấy khô cùng lúc.

- Nguyên lý: Hơi axit mới chưng cất sẽ liên tục hồi lưu trong buồng làm sạch kín, rửa sạch hoàn toàn các tạp chất kim loại khỏi vật dụng, sau đó được tinh chế, cuối cùng là sấy khô.

- Thời gian làm sạch đề xuất: Làm sạch bằng axit 1-2 giờ, rửa 3-4 giây, sấy khô 0,5-1 giờ.

- Hệ thống điều khiển: Tích hợp 20 chương trình tùy chỉnh, có thể lựa chọn nhiệt độ, thời gian, thời gian tăng nhiệt, nhiệt độ và thời gian sấy phù hợp, màn hình hiển thị quá trình làm sạch theo thời gian thực, chẳng hạn như nhiệt độ, thời gian, độ pH của nước thải, v.v.

- Hệ thống không tuần hoàn: Hệ thống phun hơi nước axit không tuần hoàn và nước tinh khiết, tránh nhiễm chéo do tái chế. Khay rửa thiết kế nghiêng, nước rửa có thể rửa sạch axit hoàn toàn, không để lại cặn axit.

- Bảo vệ môi trường: Nước thải trung tính, không gây ô nhiễm môi trường. Tích hợp hệ thống xả chủ động và hệ thống hấp thụ axit EP, xả và hấp thụ axit hiệu quả, không rò rỉ.
