FQA đo nhanh và chính xác chiều dài, chiều rộng, độ cong, % độ mịn số và độ xoắn của sợi trong các mẫu bột giấy pha loãng. Cho dù bạn đang đo các đặc tính của sợi trong hoạt động hàng ngày hay để nghiên cứu, kinh nghiệm cho thấy đây là những tính năng quan trọng cần cân nhắc khi mua máy phân tích chất lượng sợi.

1. Tuân thủ các phương pháp thử nghiệm TAPPI T271, ISO 16065-1 và ISO 16065-2.

2. Ánh sáng phân cực tròn để cung cấp khả năng lặp lại cao nhất có thể và phép đo chính xác nhất về chiều dài và hình dạng sợi. Không cần làm sạch và loại bỏ không khí mẫu vì sử dụng ánh sáng phân cực tròn có nghĩa là không phát hiện được bọt khí và chất gây ô nhiễm (mực, chất độn, chất chiết xuất, nhựa, v.v.).

7. Lựa chọn quang học phân cực tròn hoặc không phân cực (đối với sợi không lưỡng chiết như carbon) trước khi thực hiện thử nghiệm.

8. Đo tối đa 6 mẫu bằng băng chuyền cốc thủy tinh.

9. Phân tích các thành phần shive và mạch.

10. Xác định tỷ lệ gỗ cứng trên phần mềm.
