Nguyên lý đo

Dưới điều kiện nhiệt độ và độ ẩm nhất định, giữ chênh áp không đổi giữa 2 mặt của mẫu thí nghiệm. Tốc độ thẩm thấu khí và các thông số khác có thể nhận được bằng các phân tích và tính toán áp suất thay đổi ở phía buồng mẫu áp suất thấp
