Máy đo độ nén vòng, nén cạnh PN-CT300F của hãng PNShar sử dụng cho kiểm tra Độ nén vòng (RCT - Ring Crush Test), Độ nén cạnh (ECT - Edge Crush Test), Độ nén phẳng (FCT - Flat Crush Test), Độ bám dính ghim (PAT – Pin Adhesion Test), Độ nén cạnh sóng (CCT – Concora Corrugated board Test) và Độ nén mặt sóng (CMT - Concora Medium Test)

Máy được thiết kế phù hợp tiêu chuẩn GB/T và tiêu chuẩn quốc tế ISO. Máy có độ chính xác cao với chi phí tối ưu.

Máy sử dụng cơ cấu cơ điện tử và kiểu cố định trục cuốn phía trên cho phép đo chính xác cao, hiển thị lực nén và biến dạng theo thời gian thực. Chức năng sau thống kê, giá trị trung bình, giá trị lớn nhất, giá trị nhỏ nhất, hệ số biến thiên và độ lệch chuẩn được hiển thị. Tự động trở về vị trí ban đầu, dễ dàng vận hành, điều chỉnh và hoạt động ổn định.

Tính năng

- Sử dụng thiết kế mô-đun mạch điều khiển mới có chức năng wifi IOT, kết quả kiểm tra có thể được lưu vào đám mây, và sử dụng phần mềm ERP để truy vấn và tạo báo cáo.

- Tốc độ nén tiêu chuẩn 12.5mm/phút, điều chỉnh từ 1 tới 30mm/phút

- Hành trình nén lên tới 70mm

- Chức năng trở lại vị trí ban đầu với tốc độ cao tối ưu hiệu suất đo

- Định vị chính xác sử dụng động cơ bước chính xác cao.
