Máy kiểm tra bền xé PN-TT1000F là một loại giấy điện tử và thử nghiệm xé giấy bìa được phát triển theo tiêu chuẩn quốc gia GB / T 455 và ISO1974. Nó chủ yếu thích hợp cho giấy và bìa giấy. Các bộ phận là một sản phẩm cơ điện tử, được thiết kế với khái niệm thiết kế công thái học và xử lý vi mô công nghệ, và được sử dụng rộng rãi trong lĩnh vực giấy thử nghiệm vật liệu trong các trường cao đẳng, đơn vị nghiên cứu khoa học, tổ chức kiểm tra chất lượng, in ấn và bộ phận sản xuất bao bì.

Nguyên tắc cơ bản: Đầu tiên, cắt chính xác một số mảnh 63mm × 50mm cần kiểm tra. Nâng con lắc lên một độ cao nhất định để nó chắc chắn có năng lượng tiềm năng. Đặt mẫu có chiều rộng 63mm theo hướng độ xé và kẹp mẫu; khi con lắc tự do hem, sử dụng năng lượng được lưu trữ trong nó để xé mẫu.
Ở đây, mẫu nên được cắt sẵn với chiều dài cắt là 20 cm, để đảm bảo khoảng cách cần xé là 43 mm.
