PN-ST500F là một thiết bị kiểm tra độ cứng đa chức năng, thích hợp để đo độ cứng uốn của giấy, bìa cứng và các vật liệu phi kim loại khác có độ dày dưới 2mm. Độ cứng là lực hoặc mô-men cần thiết để uốn một mẫu có kích thước xác định đến một góc nhất định, và nó là chỉ số về hiệu suất chịu lực khi uốn của giấy và bìa cứng.

Tính năng sản phẩm

Áp dụng thiết kế mạch mô-đun mới với chức năng WIFI. Sau khi kết nối mạng, kết quả kiểm tra có thể được lưu vào máy chủ đám mây và tra cứu, tạo báo cáo thông qua hệ thống quản lý chất lượng QMS chuyên dụng.
Kiểm tra độ cứng tại góc 7.5° và 15° (có thể điều chỉnh giữa (1 ～ 90)°).
Thời gian kiểm tra có thể điều chỉnh trong khoảng từ (3 ～ 30) giây.
Thay đổi góc kiểm tra được điều khiển hoàn toàn bằng động cơ, giúp tăng hiệu quả đo lường và giảm ảnh hưởng từ yếu tố con người.
Có thể thực hiện 3 loại kiểm tra độ uốn: 50mm, 25mm, 10mm.
Chức năng tự động hiệu chỉnh không cần phải đặt mẫu thủ công trước khi kiểm tra.
Chức năng đo lường thống kê, in ấn và các chức năng khác, thời gian đo lường có thể được cài đặt.
Sau khi hoàn thành kiểm tra, máy tự động quay lại vị trí ban đầu với tốc độ cao và tốc độ quay lại có thể điều chỉnh tùy ý trong phạm vi (1 ～ 12)°/s.
