Máy kiểm tra độ bền mực PN-PIDF, còn được gọi là máy kiểm tra sự mài mòn và ma sát, là một thiết bị kiểm tra khả năng chịu mài mòn của lớp mực do công ty chúng tôi phát triển theo tiêu chuẩn quốc gia mới nhất GB/T 7706.

Giới thiệu

Máy kiểm tra độ bền mực PN-PIDF, còn được gọi là máy kiểm tra độ mài mòn và máy kiểm tra ma sát, là thiết bị kiểm tra độ bền mài mòn của lớp mực được phát triển bởi công ty chúng tôi theo tiêu chuẩn quốc gia mới nhất GB/T 7706. Thiết bị này chủ yếu được sử dụng để kiểm tra độ bền mài mòn của lớp mực in, lớp nhạy sáng của phiên bản PS và lớp phủ bề mặt của các sản phẩm liên quan.

Nguyên lý hoạt động:
Máy kiểm tra hoạt động bằng cách cố định giấy ma sát lên thân ma sát và gắn mẫu thử lên bàn ma sát. Máy bắt đầu hoạt động, và thân ma sát sẽ chà xát mẫu thử với một tốc độ nhất định. Máy sẽ đếm mỗi lần hoàn thành một chu kỳ qua lại. Sau một số lần ma sát cố định, bài kiểm tra sẽ kết thúc. Độ bền mài mòn của mẫu được xác định bằng cách so sánh sự thay đổi mật độ mực trước và sau khi ma sát.

Thiết bị này kết hợp các khái niệm thiết kế cơ khí hiện đại, nguyên lý thiết kế công thái học và công nghệ xử lý vi tính tiên tiến. Đây là thế hệ mới của máy kiểm tra ma sát mực với thiết kế sáng tạo, dễ sử dụng, hiệu suất vượt trội và vẻ ngoài hấp dẫn.

Tính năng sản phẩm:

Thiết kế mạch module mới với tính năng WIFI tích hợp. Kết quả kiểm tra có thể được tải lên máy chủ đám mây để lưu trữ và báo cáo có thể được tạo ra và tra cứu qua hệ thống quản lý chất lượng QMS chuyên dụng.
Người dùng có thể nhập số lần ma sát vào hệ thống điều khiển trước khi kiểm tra. Hệ thống sẽ tự động điều khiển quá trình kiểm tra và phát ra tiếng bíp sau mỗi chu kỳ.
Hệ thống điều khiển có chức năng ghi nhớ sau khi mất điện, duy trì các tham số đã nhập sau khi hệ thống được bật lại.
Bộ truyền động sử dụng động cơ vi mô giảm tốc độ chính xác cao để điều khiển thân ma sát di chuyển theo kiểu qua lại tuyến tính.
Hoàn toàn tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn quốc gia và tương thích với các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế.
