BGD 310 là máy thử cupping tự động. Trên cơ sở của BGD 309, máy này có thể tự động nâng lên với tốc độ 0,2mm/giây theo tiêu chuẩn yêu cầu. Loại bỏ lỗi do nâng bằng tay.

- Hơn nữa, máy thử cupping tự động BGD 310 được trang bị màn hình độ nét cao, người vận hành có thể quan sát rõ ràng các hư hỏng (nứt) từ mẫu thử, do đó đánh giá kết quả thử nghiệm dễ dàng và chính xác hơn.
- Phù hợp với ISO 1520, BS 3900 Phần 4, DIN 53166, DIN 53233, v.v.
Đặc điểm:
- Đầu đấm được nâng lên tự động (Tốc độ không đổi: 0,2 mm/giây), có được kết quả thử nghiệm đáng tin cậy hơn và có thể so sánh được.
- Hệ thống định vị tọa độ tự động: máy có thể ghi nhớ vị trí ban đầu sau khi được đưa về 0 và tự động xác định vị trí đầu đấm.
- Kính lúp công suất cao và màn hình hiển thị độ nét cao, đánh giá kết quả thử nghiệm dễ dàng và trực tiếp hơn. Và không cần phải tập trung trong toàn bộ quá trình thử nghiệm.
- Khoảng cách nâng của cú đấm có thể được thiết lập tự do từ 0～18mm
- Cảm biến dịch chuyển raster có độ chính xác cao, định vị chính xác và độ chính xác có thể đạt ±0,01mm
- Chiều rộng tối đa của tấm thử nghiệm có thể là 90mm
