Máy kiểm tra lực kéo tự động XLW (PC) là một ứng dụng chuyên nghiệp để xác định những đặc tính lực của các vật liệu đóng gói, với độ chính xác cao (0.5% toàn bộ máy) và phạm vi kiểm tra đa dạng. Máy được thiết kế với 7 phương pháp kiểm tra độc lập và thực kiện kiểm tra ở 7 tốc độ kiểm tra khác nhau nhằm đáp ứng hàng loạt điều kiện kiểm tra. Phầm mềm thông minh tạo điều kiện để vận hành thiết bị và cung cấp chức năng phân tích, so sánh số liệu kiểm tra.

1. Nguyên tắc và tiêu chuẩn

Máy kiểm tra lực kéo XLW series dùng kiểm tra đặc điểm cơ lý của màn nhựa, màn phim, bao bì nhựa, keo dính, cao su, giấy…

3. Tính năng
Máy kiểm tra lực kéo thiết kế chuyên nghiệp để kiểm tra độ bền kéo film nhựa, bao bì dẻo, vật liệu dạng tấm.
Máy kiểm tra lực kéo XLW series thiết kế đơn giản, dễ sử dụng, bàn phím điều khiển tích hợp sẳn trên máy
Phần mềm kết nối để truyền và lưu trữ dữ liệu, làm bảng báo cáo, cài đặt các thông số điều khiển…
Máy kiểm tra lực kéo nén cho kết quả kiểm tra nhanh chóng và chính xác, dữ liệu hiển thị trực tiếp trên màn hình.
Máy có đầy đủ chức năng:
  + Bảo vệ quá tải
  + Tự động thiết lập lại vị trí, bộ nhớ khi mất điện trong quá trình kiểm tra.
