MÁY KIỂM TRA ĐỘ NHĂN SẢN PHẨM DỆT MAY GESTER GT-D34.

Máy kiểm tra độ nhăn GESTER GT-D34 nhằm kiểm tra theo các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế ISO về độ nhăn, độ phai màu, xù lông, xoắn sợi của vải- nhuộm, sản phẩm dệt may sau quá trình giặt.

ƯNG DỤNG :
- Máy hoạt động theo cơ chế như một máy giặt có thể thay đổi được tốc độ để kiểm tra, đánh giá mức độ nhăn của sản phẩm dệt may, dệt kim, đan móc, đáp ứng các quy định của các phương pháp đánh giá, kiểm tra quốc tế.
- Máy cũng được sử dụng để kiểm tra, đánh giá mức độ ổn định, bền chắc của sản phẩm, độ phai màu, tính chất xoắn của sợi, mức độ đổ lông, xoắn sợi sau quá trình giặt.

Dệt May

Đặc điểm của máy kiểm tra độ co tự động của vải Wascator GT-D34:

Thiết bị giặt GT-D34 tăng tốc dành cho vải dệt kim và dệt thoi để đánh giá độ co theo phương pháp thử nghiệm quốc tế. Cũng được sử dụng để đánh giá độ ổn định của vải, độ bền màu, độ bền hoàn thiện, độ xoắn và độ vón cục khi giặt.
Bộ điều khiển chương trình MCU, tích hợp sẵn mười bộ chương trình giặt theo yêu cầu của ISO và khả năng chương trình của người vận hành.
Máy kiểm tra giặt Wascator GT-D34 không cần cố định xuống đất bằng vít chân, hoạt động ổn định;
Liên kết mềm giữa lồng quay và giá đỡ, độ rung và tiếng ồn thấp;
Động cơ tần số thay đổi, chuyển đổi trơn tru giữa tốc độ cao và tốc độ thấp, tăng nhiệt độ thấp của động cơ.
Màn hình LCD huỳnh quang màu xanh lam, biểu tượng động trạng thái kiểm tra hiển thị, dễ bắt mắt hơn và thao tác thuận tiện.
