Máy Kiểm Tra Độ Bền Kéo Giấy

**Tiêu chuẩn:** ISO 1924-2, UNE-EN ISO 12625-4/5/6, TAPPI T456, T494, PAPTAC D34, BS4415-2.
Máy kiểm tra độ bền kéo giấy được thiết kế để tính toán cường độ kéo và độ giãn dài của giấy.

Máy kiểm tra Độ Bền Kéo Giấy hoàn toàn tự động, dùng để xác định cường độ kéo trong trạng thái khô và ướt, độ giãn dài và TEA (Tensile Energy Absorption) trong giấy và tissue. Thiết bị dễ dàng vận hành nhờ vào tính tự động của nó.

Dễ dàng thích ứng với các mẫu thử giấy hoặc giấy tissue thông qua việc thay đổi phụ kiện kiểm tra.
Có khả năng thực hiện các phép thử cường độ kéo cho giấy và giấy tissue, và kiểm tra cường độ kéo ướt cho giấy tissue.
Khung thép và nhôm có độ cứng cao.
Được điều khiển bởi động cơ bước và vít me chính xác cao.

Ròng rọc và bộ kiểm tra, hiệu chuẩn (tùy chọn, không bao gồm trong cung cấp chuẩn).
Phát hiện mẫu tự động.
Tốc độ thử nghiệm có thể điều chỉnh từ 0.2 đến 330 mm/phút.
Tự động quay lại vị trí ban đầu sau khi thử nghiệm.
Đầu cảm biến tải tiêu chuẩn 150 N (mã 030121) và 500 N (mã 030127) (có thể chọn 1.000 N, vui lòng tham khảo nhà cung cấp).
Khoảng di chuyển tối đa giữa các kẹp: 300 mm.
Bảo vệ an toàn: Bảo vệ quá tải điện tử (lập trình) và bảo vệ vật lý (công tắc giới hạn và cảm biến ánh sáng bảo vệ).
Giao diện RS-232 để kết nối với các chương trình quản lý và điều khiển thử nghiệm.
Kết nối USB cho công tác bảo trì và kết nối với máy in USB.
Đọc cường độ với độ phân giải 0.004% của FS, và đọc độ giãn dài với độ phân giải 0.01 mm.
Độ chính xác: <0.5% của lực tác dụng trong phạm vi từ 2% đến 100% của FS.
