Máy Amylograph-E đánh giá các đặc tính tinh bột và hoạt động enzyme trong bột theo tiêu chuẩn ICC, ISO và AACCI. Việc làm nóng dần dần của nó tái tạo điều kiện nướng và giữ lại toàn bộ phổ enzym mà không gây hại cho tinh bột. Các phép đo độ chính xác cao được hiển thị bằng hình ảnh trong một sơ đồ với nhiều điểm đánh giá. Các phép đo nhiệt độ theo thời gian thực không có sự dao động và đảm bảo độ chính xác trong suốt quá trình.
