Máy đo độ đàn hồi cho thấy ảnh hưởng của các chất phụ gia bột như axit ascorbic, enzyme (ví dụ: proteinase) và chất nhũ hóa và do đó cho phép xác định các đặc tính lưu biến của từng loại bột và điều chỉnh “mức lưu biến tối ưu cho mục đích tương ứng.

Phù hợp với tất cả các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế. Các phép đo 45, 90 và 135 phút được ghi lại trong quá trình kiểm tra.
