Máy phân tích chất béo tự động ST-600 (máy chiết Soxhlet) hoạt động dựa trên nguyên lý chiết Soxhlet, tích hợp các bước ngâm nóng, chiết xuất, lọc, thu hồi dung môi và sấy khô để chiết xuất và tách các chất hữu cơ như chất béo. Máy sử dụng hệ thống điều khiển nhiệt độ tự động và hệ thống gia nhiệt điện dạng giếng kín hoàn toàn, giúp gia nhiệt đồng đều, an toàn và đáng tin cậy hơn, đồng thời có khả năng làm kín tốt, nhằm đạt được mục đích phân tích nhanh chóng và chính xác. Máy giảm thiểu tiêu thụ dung môi, tự động thu hồi dung môi và tiết kiệm chi phí phân tích. Máy phân tích chất béo ST-600 có ưu điểm là thiết kế hợp lý, vận hành đơn giản, độ chính xác cao, hiệu suất ổn định, khả năng tái lập tốt, tiết kiệm nhân công và thời gian.

1/ Đặc điểm sản phẩm:

- Sử dụng hệ thống điều khiển mạch tích hợp chip nhập khẩu để đảm bảo chất lượng và tiêu chuẩn cao của thiết bị.

- Màn hình LCD màu 2.5 inch; Hiển thị đồng thời nhiệt độ cài đặt và nhiệt độ thực tế; Hiển thị đếm ngược thời gian giữ nhiệt và báo động khi hết thời gian.

- Tăng nhiệt độ tự động 6 cấp: Có thể cài đặt nhiệt độ và thời gian giữ nhiệt của 6 cấp liên tiếp, thiết bị sẽ tự động hoàn thành theo thứ tự, thao tác đơn giản và thuận tiện.

- Sử dụng hệ thống gia nhiệt điện dạng giếng kín hoàn toàn, mẫu được gia nhiệt đều, nhiệt độ có thể điều chỉnh tùy ý từ nhiệt độ phòng đến 200 độ C.

- Sử dụng cảm biến tiên tiến để đảm bảo nhiệt độ cài đặt không thay đổi, dung môi sử dụng sẽ không đạt đến điểm bắt lửa, nâng cao độ tin cậy và độ nhạy của hệ thống.

- Thiết kế ống ngưng tụ không có van: Tránh rò rỉ và hư hỏng ống thủy tinh do xoay van thường xuyên; Hiệu suất làm kín và tuổi thọ được cải thiện hiệu quả.

- Thu hồi và lưu trữ dung môi tự động.

- Bảo vệ giới hạn nhiệt độ: Có thể cài đặt giới hạn nhiệt độ trên. Khi nhiệt độ thực tế vượt quá giới hạn trên, thiết bị sẽ tự động báo động và ngừng gia nhiệt.

- Chức năng sấy khô: Mẫu có thể được sấy khô trực tiếp trên thiết bị.

- Các bộ phận chính của thân máy được làm bằng thép không gỉ tráng gương điện phân, có khả năng chống ăn mòn, bền và đẹp.
