SpectraTrend HTđược thiết kế để giúp các nhà sản xuất thực phẩm cải thiện kiểm soát chất lượng màu sắc thông qua việc cung cấp các phép đo màu liên tục, theo thời gian thực trong suốt quá trình sản xuất. Từ các loại hạt rang, bánh mì, bánh quy đến nhiều loại thực phẩm ăn vặt và bánh nướng khác, SpectraTrend HT được đặt trên dây chuyền sản xuất và liên tục đo màu sản phẩm, cung cấp kết quả màu sắc ngay tức thì và cảnh báo sớm khi có sự thay đổi màu sắc.
