Furniture Universal Testing Machine GT-LA10

Product Introduction

Application:

This Furniture Testing Equipment is used for testing the mechanical properties of tables, desks, beds and chairs. Can perform the horizontal static load, vertical static load, impact test and durability test.

Feature:

1.The machine adopts frame structure design. The frame is made of high quality industrial aluminum, beautiful and generous.

2.The top frame of GT-LA10D is equipped with a lifting structure, and the height of the frame can be adjusted according to the height of the sample.

3. Up to 7 sets of loading cylinder installed, 4 sets in horizontal cylinders (2 sets in the frame, and the other 2 sets are independent split designs, which can be freely moved inside and outside the frame to adapt to different testing needs), 2 sets of vertical cylinder and 1set of impact cylinder on top frame. All cylinders can be adjusted up and down, frontward and backward to cover all mounting surfaces. The 7sets of cylinders can execute joint or independent operation.

4. The bottom fixed block is free to adjust the position to accommodate different specifications of the sample.

5. PLC +15 inch color touch screen to control the actions of the machine; the operation is intuitive and simple.

6. GESTER independent research and development unique design, adopting servo motor +cylinder drive mode way to greatly meet the international standards of force accuracy and test speed double requirements; high precision force sensor sense the force value immediately; each load group adjusts the control individually; the loading force is stable and reliable.

Removable loading pad, can easily change the different loading pad to meet the different test requirements.
