Tổng quan: IAS-6100 là thiết bị phân tích đa năng, được thiết kế để thực hiện phân tích định tính và định lượng cho nhiều dạng mẫu khác nhau như hạt nhỏ, bột, bột nhão và chất lỏng. Thiết bị này cho phép bất kỳ ai cũng có thể thực hiện phân tích đa thành phần chỉ với một nút bấm đơn giản, mọi lúc, mọi nơi.

Ngành thực phẩm (Food Industry): Phân tích độ ẩm trong surimi; phát hiện đạm amoni, axit tổng và đường khử trong tương đậu nành.
Ngành bột mì (Flour Industry): Kiểm tra độ ẩm, tro, protein, gluten và tỷ lệ hấp thụ nước trong bột mì.
Ngành rượu (Chinese Baijiu Industry): Xác định độ ẩm, tinh bột và độ axit trong ngũ cốc lên men.
Ngành dầu cọ (Palm Industry): Phân tích axit béo tự do, độ ẩm, chỉ số DOBI và hàm lượng dầu trong dầu cọ thô, nhân cọ, bã nhân cọ và nước thải sản xuất.
