CƠ BẢN

Điện tích bề mặt của sợi, chất độn, hạt hoặc các chất hòa tan dạng keo trong huyền phù được xác định bởi điện thế Zeta. Điện tích của huyền phù có thể được chia thành điện tích keo và điện tích hạt, được đo bằng Hệ thống Phân tích Điện tích CAS touch!. Điện tích bề mặt của sợi và chất độn được đo bằng Máy Phân Tích Điện Thế Sợi FPA touch!. Cả hai mức điện tích này cùng nhau xác định điện thế Zeta tổng thể của huyền phù sợi.

KẾT QUẢ ĐO: Điện thế zeta (mV), độ dẫn điện (mS/cm), điện thế dòng chảy (mV)

NGUYÊN LÝ ĐO: Cảm ứng FPA! Xác định điện thế Zeta của sợi và chất độn theo phương trình Helmholtz-Smoluchowski. Độ dẫn điện, hiệu áp suất và điện thế dòng chảy được đo đồng thời. Nguyên lý đo của FPA touch! dựa trên phương pháp đo điện thế dòng chảy trong một nút sợi. Bằng cách tạo chân không, nút sợi được hình thành tự động trên điện cực lưới trong buồng đo. Và bằng cách thay đổi chân không định kỳ trong quá trình đo, các đám mây điện tích hấp thụ trên sợi di chuyển theo dòng chất lỏng và tạo ra điện thế dòng chảy được đo bởi điện cực lưới và điện cực vòng.
