Introduction
PN-PLTF tissue paper plumpness tester is a kind of measuring the plumpness of various household papers developed by our company according to customer requirements, mainly including soft pumping, box pumping, paper handkerchiefs, coreless toilet paper roll paper and cored toilet paper roll paper. Plumpness is determined by detecting the amount of deformation before pressing and the amount of deformation after pressing, and then calculating the value of Plumpness. Plumpness: the amount of deformation after pressing (the pressure can be set) / the amount of deformation before pressing (the initial pressure can be set) * 100%, the deformation unit is mm, and the result is expressed in percentage (%). The higher the Plumpness, it feels that the packaging is full and solid, and it is not easy to deform when stacking, and the appearance is more beautiful; the lower the Plumpness, the looser, it feels insufficient, and it is easy to deform when stacking.
The instrument is a mechatronics product.
