Máy kiểm tra độ nén hộp PN-CT50KAF là phiên bản nâng cấp của máy kiểm tra độ nén hộp PN-CT50KA. Nó có chức năng kết nối mạng WIFI.

Introduction

PN-CT50KAF box compression tester is an upgraded version of PN-CT50KA box compression tester. It has WIFI networking function. Under networked conditions, the tested data is automatically encrypted and uploaded to the cloud server, which is the basis of big data analysis. It is an economical corrugated cardboard box, honeycomb cardboard box and other packaging compression and stacking test instrument. Its performance parameters and technical indicators comply with GB / T 4857.3/4, ISO 12048、ISO 2234 and other standards. It is mainly used for compressive strength test of various small corrugated cardboard boxes or other materials, such as food and beverage, instant noodle packaging, cosmetics packaging, beer packaging, grain and oil packaging, etc, with compressive strength less than 10kN.

The instrument has three independent modes of operation:
1. Strength test: measure the ultimate compressive strength and deformation of the box;
2. Fixed value test: The overall performance of the box can be tested according to the set pressure and deformation.
3. Stacking test: Simulate the stacking status of the warehouse, and carry out the stacking test of different conditions.
