MiniScan EZ 4000L là máy quang phổ chiếu sáng khuếch tán có tầm nhìn diện rộng. Máy quang phổ cầm tay xem diện tích lớn này cung cấp kích thước cổng 25 mm có diện tích xem 20 mm. Sản phẩm này lý tưởng cho nhiều loại mẫu và đặc biệt hữu ích cho phép đo khi người dùng muốn giảm thiểu ảnh hưởng của độ bóng hoặc kết cấu mẫu.
