Laboratory ROLL MILL is a compact model with lowest noise level, highest safety, its specially-designed electric heaters evenly and accurately radiate heat to achieve the required surface temperature according to the command given by two modernized temperature controllers.

- Pigment amalgamation test (Mixing, masticating)

- Various formula preparation

- Small-lot production

* 2 rollers of 4 x 12 (inch) diameter x width

* Hardness 60 HRC or above

* 0.5 µm smoothness

* 2 sets of temperature controller

* Electric heating system, max 210 ℃ (1.5KW/each, total 3KW)

* 2 solid hand wheels used to adjust the gap between two rollers to generate sheetings of different thickness

* 1 stainless steel tray

* Machine dimensions 90 x 40 x100 cm (L x W x H)
