Thiết bị lấy mẫu được gắn trên đỉnh một cột chuyên dụng, được trang bị 2 động cơ truyền động xoay và động cơ giảm tốc lên/xuống; cả hai đều được điều khiển bằng bộ điều khiển tần số biến đổi để tăng mô-men xoắn, đồng thời hỗ trợ phát hiện đáy rơ moóc và điều chỉnh lực xuyên thấu của đầu dò. Thay vì bán kính lấy mẫu, thiết bị này bao phủ hơn 60% diện tích của một rơ moóc xe tải thông thường.

Automatic Truck Sampling System has a 4,1 meter area for sampling with high sturdiness and easiness to use for a fast and reliable sampling for all type of bin, trailers, vehicles with 1 to 15 sampling spots. It covers a wider area of sampling, thus enhancing representativity of the overall sampling.

It benefits for more than 50 years experience and more than 6000 probes intalled before as a standard model with its well-known predecessor Heron type. We have a Premium version with enhanced power & mechanical robustness for high throughput. It is availble in 440VAC or 230VAC versions, a 1.7 or 2.2kW version for the tubine according to distances or with a mast or laboratory location of the turbine. A RF wireless controller is very handy to manoeuvre the sampler accurately.

A nice range of options comes on top for an even more automated experience of sampling. The standard Falcon comes with a dedicated homogenising reception with our Cyclofiter.
