General Information:
The Standard Sheet Former is used to prepare 159 mm in diameter hand-sheets in accordance with international standards. This stainless steel device produces laboratory hand sheets to allow the operator to test and evaluate the physical properties of pulp. The manual sheet forming system is suitable for installation into a laboratory bench (depending on model). The individual steps of sheet formation are carried out manually. Water is added and drained via simple hand valves. Couching is done with a stainless steel roller, and swirling is done with an agitator with perforated panel. Ten mirror polished plates and drying rings are included in the delivery for drying. All parts are constructed of corrosion resistant materials.
