Dynamic Hand Sheet Former (SUMET)

Dynamic Hand Sheet Former is an innovative design paper making machine, originally designed for
study various applications e.g. jet/wire ratio, wire/felt condition, pulp spray pressure, formation, spray angle,
basis weight variation, multi-layer application, etc. It is a useful tool for R&D labs or paper engineers to
investigate the paper quality and allow you to simulate real paper machine condition.

· The drum motor has maximum power at start up of 1.5 kW and it is controlled by digital inverter
· Drum speed measurement in m/min, from 20 to 1325 m/min
· Pulp pressure display with resolution of 0.1 bar, up to 3 bar depending on spray nozzles used
· The pulp pump motor has maximum power at start up of 0.75 kW and it is controlled by digital inverter

· Digital sweep counter for up and down direction and automatic stop if the pre-set is
reach
· 4 pieces of working spray nozzles for various fiber length application
· Safety polycarbonate cover with current position checking by proximity switch. The
formation drum would not start if this cover is not in correct place
· Emergency switch to stop all parts in case of any trouble shooting
· Additional shower spray for water wall filling and cleaning of formation drum / pulp tank
· Adjustable rubber feet for balance compensation
· Compact design with user friendly dimension, Stainless top finished
