Procedure :
A tissue sample (surface : 100 cm2) is placed in the sample holder of the device and clamped pneumatically. A hemispherical metal rod is fixed to the upper movable head of the tensile machine. When the test begins, the metal rod will impact against the tissue paper. The sample break is detected and the “Ball burst value” will be displayed in the machine touch screen.
