Introduction

    PN-WATF sanitary napkin water absorption rate tester is a designed and developed by our company according to the latest national standard GB / T 8939. It is mainly used for female sanitary napkins (including sanitary pads). The water absorption ratio is the ratio of the increased mass after absorption to the mass before absorption. It reflects the total water absorption after the product is soaked for a period of time. The larger the water absorption ratio, the stronger the absorption capacity. The improvement of the water absorption rate is mainly due to the addition of a polymer resin to the absorption layer, but excessive pursuit of a high water absorption rate will increase production costs and may also cause waste of resources. Therefore, manufacturers of sanitary napkins can control the cost based on the test data while testing whether the water absorption rate index of the product is qualified, so as not to cause cost waves.
