The PN-MRTF mask breathability tester is designed according to GB / T 32610-2016 and is used to test the inhalation resistance and exhalation resistance of the mask. This tester is suitable for medical and daily protective masks. Test principle: By wearing a protective mask on the head model of the simulator, and using the air pump to simulate the breathing action of the human body, the value of the pressure change of the pipeline caused by the obstruction of the air flow by the protective mask is tested to judge whether the breathability of the mask is qualified.
The tester has two test modes: inhalation resistance and breathing resistance
Inspiratory resistance test:
Turn on the power of the tester, switch the breathing direction to the inhalation position, press the "inhalation" button, adjust the air flow adjustment knob, when it rises to (85 ± 1) L / min, the inhalation pressure is 0 at this time. Put the sample on the head mold, adjust the wearing position of the sample and the tightness of the headband to ensure the tight fit of the mask and the head mold. Then adjust the air flow adjustment knob. When it rises to (85 ± 1) L / min, record the inspiratory resistance value at this moment, and press the "Stop" key to stop the test. During the test, take appropriate measures to avoid the specimen from attaching to the mouth of the breathing tube.
Exhalation resistance test:
Turn on the power of the tester, switch the breathing direction to the exhalation position, press the "exhalation" button, adjust the air flow knob, when it rises to (85 ± 1) L / min, the exhalation pressure is 0 at this time. Put the sample on the head mold, adjust the wearing position of the sample and the tightness of the headband to ensure the tight fit of the mask and the head mold. Then adjust the air flow adjustment knob. When it rises to (85 ± 1) L / min, record the exhalation resistance value at this moment, and press the "Stop" key to stop the test. During the test, take appropriate measures to avoid the specimen from attaching to the mouth of the breathing tube.
